"Searching for Happiness" is the message being portrayed in this diptych. 'The Secrets of Happiness' by Richard Schoch refers to finding happiness in Religion. Brown can be seen as comfort and tranquility. The idea of a book containing the secrets of happiness can offer comfort. Tranquility can be reached through religious teachings. One Can also achieve comfort from these teachings. The above image shows how the modern society has fallen for a lesser version of happiness.

Living in tropical North Queensland, you would hardly associate this region with being a strong artistic powerhouse. You would be entirely wrong since the Central, Northern and Far North all have a distinctive culture and perception.
